August/September/Fall Heretical Numerology Prediction Notes…

For now, I am compiling my data for the rest of the calendar year.  This has taken a lot of time to boil down into a list for you to peruse.  But it’s together now and as deadlines draw near, I’m going to go ahead and get it out to you to look at.  I’ll elaborate more on details in a later update, but for now, let me invite you to look over each month and see the differences amongst them.

Remember what I said last month about November?  Now look at the list of data below and see how November stacks up next to all the other months.  That is the month to watch.  “Water of Life” and spirituality are words that are ringing in my ears when it comes to  November.  Something about water, blood and what they symbolize is very important during this time.  A thirst for “water” and spirituality, but not everyone will find satiation.  And I don’t believe November encapsulates it.  I believe that it brings it forefront.  I think a reference to ground water is being made here, as well as circulation – like a circulatory system.  And I would definitely draw analogies with chi and the healthy flow a human body is supposed to have, to that of the Earth.  This whole theme is both physical and symbolic in how it comes through.  The feeling I get physically though is that ground water is going to become available in areas it wasn’t previously and disappear in others it’s been rather reliable in.  Whether that changes due to earthquake or something, I’m not quite sure.  Just keep in mind there’s a rather significant spiritual parallel as well.  Phrases to reflect on:  Waters Of Life, Throne Of God, Holy Spirit, Blood Flow (as between mother and unborn child), Ascension, Divine Feminine As Creator.

Also, with all the references coming up about water, I’m going to assert something controversial about dowsing.  And I say this as an experienced dowser and as someone whose great-grandparents and other family members were once upon a time successful water-witchers in their day.   I don’t think it’s water that actually draws down our diviner rods in traditional water witching.  I think it’s something else.  

I’m also seeing a pattern this year I did not expect.  Towards the end of the year (with an intro taste to the energy felt in August), there are multiple arches of influence back to back or that overlap.  In November, we have three separate numerological energy arches that overlap each other.  Arches of influence, as I coin the phrase to describe them, are already a series of days with compounded energies contained.  But in November, December and a little one in August, we have compounded arches!

What does it all mean?  Well, things are afoot.  And when you add social circumstances (and inherent pressures) already in place, like the holidays and U.S. election, expect some fireworks.  I’ve been analyzing U.S. presidential candidates and history.  I think I can guarantee that what it reveals is rather unexpected.  Stay tuned.

The Greatest Mother

As we move into November, our nation’s month of Thanksgiving and Gratitude, the energies of the Divine Mother and Lady Justice become present with us.  Their images are expressed to me through memories of old paintings I remember seeing as a child at the local American Red Cross. My message is for the Enlightened. This is the way to channel this energy.  If not, negative and emotional this time can be.

Challenges arise at this time, especially around the Thanksgiving Holiday, but I stand by my notion that this may be the best time to spend with family all year.  The overriding theme at this time is a call to remain in the energy of gratitude, but also that of encouragement, mercy and forgiveness.

It is a time to count our blessings and to give up the swords of complaints and biting criticism.  It is a time to heal the wounded, encourage the old and nurture the children.  Find someone to give to.

What does the energy of The Divine Mother entail?

When you are sick, she looks after you.  When you are sad, she listens and lets you cry it out.  When you are hungry she feeds you, naked she clothes you.  And she is a graceful example to all.  She knows that you are the future.  And if anything is to change for the better, it all starts inside, right now and the difference we make even just for one other person.  Can you be a place of haven, rest or joy, for one person, even if only for a few moments?

If you have resentments, put them aside.  Save the caustic retorts.  The core of the Truth is we are siblings.  And we don’t have to be the same. Just because we do not believe the same, just because our religion or politics are different, does not mean either of us is any less deserving of compassion or our wounds salved.  It is not criminal to be different in philosophy any more than in skin color.  Stand up for what is right.  The Divine Mother does not ridicule.  But she will attend to your wounds caused by it.

As 2011 comes closer to its conclusion, this energetic cycle calls us to express compassion for others.  It also demands a balancing of justice.  Let not accusations fall that are undeserved.  Do not equate apples to snakes when oranges suffice.  Do not allow poisonous people or attitudes to fester in your life.  And when it comes to who you are, actively be that blessing to someone else.  Some way.  Some how.

Mother of Justice.  Mother of Mercy.  Mother of Love.

The traps?  Think of what is opposite of The Divine Mother? Of Lady Justice?  This Divine energy is not meant to foster apathy.  It does not neglect.  It does not stand by and allow another to be abused.  It nurtures positive emotions and salves the negative.  It does not take advantage and do emotional injury.  “Do No Harm.”  Others may fall to this level. See that you do not.  Stick to Gratitude and Encouragement this holiday.  And when challenges arise, because they will, soothe them.

October 2011 Heretical Numerology Watch

All of 2011 so far has been about responsibility, work, structure and laying foundations.  It’s been a period of preparation and even tension.  Coming full swing into the energy of October, we move into a cycle that pushes to a stage of evaluation and asks us for release. We come to a point asking us to let go, to make choices and to allow things to be different from here on out.

I expect in many ways that the next 5 weeks will feel a bit more comfortable to most everyone.  The tension that has been in place should loosen in some areas, possibly break in others.  (Remember that slow energy build I’ve been talking about?) And as I mentioned before, I believe we’ll see the markets gain some predictability by the end of October.  Just remember, predictability is not the same as profitable.  I see this more as a lull period where things calm down a bit and allow people to catch their breaths, take a break and re-evaluate the important things in life and the next steps to take.  If the markets become a place where these potential tension breaks channel through, it might be a good time to look for deals. There’s energetic tension present, it will release or relax somewhere. Markets or not.

It’s important to note that sometimes during periods like this, we are presented with events that stimulate choice, release, re-evaluation and adaptability.  Sometimes it takes a smack on the head to help us realize we’re not moving and we are stagnant.  Sometimes it takes a flush to get things moving again.  The energy present during this time desires flow and movement much like water.  YOU choose where and how it should channel.  If you don’t, it will be chosen for you and you may not be as comfortable with it. 

It’s a good time to take a mini-vacation of some sort, if you can.  It’s a good time to make deposits in your bank of positive memories and experiences.   Remember that negative experiences borrow from our bank of positive experiences.  When the positive bank is drained, it’s like going into the red.  Make the efforts and choices necessary.  No matter how small, they all count. 

The energy at this time is very much about making choices and the nature of the fact that freedom is only attained via choice.  And without choice, no freedom or grace is possible.  Just as our guides cannot take away our free will and freedom to choose, likewise we cannot take away the choices of others either.  Only in a free society do we see the essences of the 9 Divine Archetypes as they were meant to exist.  Freedom and choice are inextricably linked.

Patterns I see at this time are interesting as I still see a window for events to take place on either or both the east and west coasts in the U.S.. Hurricane energy would fit these patterns, but even man-induced events are a possibility.  The energy is a slow build-up with a sustained punch.  I know we’re getting late into the hurricane season, but I see these as still being quite possible. 

Southern California, I’m not sure what’s going on with you, but you keeping popping up on my radar.  Folks who live there, please have a plan in place in case of emergency.  And listen to your hearts and guts.  This feels like a mix of natural events and man-induced amplification.  Not sure what that looks like yet?  I will be on the west coast soon where I hope I can tap in better and will try to update with a more clarified take later.  I don’t usually focus on areas I don’t live in.  Central Texas, I believe we’re in for a harder winter than usual for us.  Plan accordingly.

September 2011 Heretical Numerology Watch

At the time of this writing, Mercury is still retrograde and will go direct on August 26.  Themes during retrogrades are not only more reflective, but also more focused.  Too many folks go through life not really awake, or are too reliant upon last minute “by the skin of your teeth” living.  Retrogrades give increased focus on their areas of governance, which requires a greater sense of awareness as well.  Flying by the seat of your pants (we’re pretty bad about this in the US, not to mention the stress levels we try to pass off as normal life) doesn’t tend to work as well under the demand for focus during these times.  So-so output just doesn’t really cut it.  With Mercury governing money, communication and travel, these areas require more clarity, attention and focus during a retrograde.  Communication is very important at this time.  Even when you are aware though, you have all the sleepy-heads to watch for.  Your key to success is remaining balanced, eating right, sleeping right, staying focused and giving Mercury its due.  And moving into the next numerological window, this need for communication and facts becomes even greater.

Last month I mentioned that we’d have an opportunity to put things into order soon.  We enter that window between now and about mid-October. The energetic window that awaits brings into focus issues with boundaries, law, and order.  We had a swing at responsibility in August, and in September, it makes us look hard at what those responsibilities are.  Now is a time for clarity, revealing the realities as they are.  The is and is not.  When do you say no?  When do you say yes?  What deserves attention?  What does not?  What is your purpose in life?  What may feel nice, but isn’t your purpose in life?  Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean you are supposed to.  On the other hand, there are things people can and should do that they fail to.  Like stand up for themselves, for someone else, or something that is right.  Sometimes during these types of energetic windows people focus on simplifying.  That is OK, but I do prefer the term clarify.  Clarify your purpose and direction right now and at least put together a thumbnail sketch of a road map to follow.  For most of us, our purpose is not for a simple life, but for one with a clear purpose.  Clarity is the key.

As the US gets comfortable with it’s new cycle, I expect health, community and family issues to take center stage come November/December.  And interestingly, this year the Thanksgiving holiday is more conducive to family gatherings than Christmas. (If you’re trying to decide which holiday to travel to see family for, my vote is Thanksgiving.)

There are some interesting patterns afoot.  The whole month of September tends to be more intensified due to it’s nine nature doubling each day’s vibration, however the 9th and 20th do stand out.  The thing I think is interesting… I’ve been watching http://spaceweather.com, and there are some interesting celestial “anomalies” that I thought I’d go ahead and mention.  Space Weather maintains a list of upcoming Earth-Asteroid encounters and it’s interesting to note that each one of note (highlighted in pink on their chart) comes closest to Earth during an arch of influence in numerology dates.  The most significant is actually classed a Potentially Hazardous Asteroid (greater than 150 m in diameter and passing within .05 AU of our planet).  On Nov 8th, within an important numerology arch, asteroid 2005 YU55 will pass closer to the Earth than our own moon.  (For reference, our moon is 3474 km in diameter.)  If you’re curious, follow the link to space weather and click on the asteroids to watch the videos of the projected obits, etc..

Now, that  said – I find all this fascinating.  And I find that when astrological, celestial and numerological events collide, the intensity of the energy seems that much greater.  However, I’m not overly concerned about it.  Anymore than I am in a place of fear about the drought we’re having here in Texas.  My job is to love, not to be afraid.  And Mother Gaea is in need of her natural processes.  Our sun is increasing in activity. I think winter will be a different story.

For the next 6 weeks, I ask you to think about making plans, getting yourself organized and laying foundations.  Do this for work and career and do this for family.  September is the best month all year to get your act together for the holidays and pre-plan for 2012.  October is a good time to take a trip for fun, December a good time to take a trip for reflection.  But expect travel issues in December.  I think we’re in for quite a Winter 2011 in the US.  And September is a good time to plan for potential weather extremes and emergency scenarios as well.  Unusual weather is in the the future down the road and it’s better to think of needs now than not be prepared.  Besides, you know I’m a fan of being prepared not just for yourself, but so you can be a light to others.  You never know what kind of difference you might make for someone else.  Do you have a first aid kit?  Firewood? A disaster plan in case of a chemical spill?  A list of emergency phone numbers?  Do your kids know what to do?  These scenarios are often considered uncommon, but what has previously been considered uncommon is becoming more common place.  I’ve been analyzing the last 2000 years of dates and there is a large pattern that makes me want to encourage everyone to keep records and get first aid training.  Take an inventory and get an idea together of what you can and will do.

September is the 9th month of the year, and as such always holds a special vibration because 9 is the number that honors all other vibrations.  We feel each day’s vibrations more clearly in the month of September.  In the natural annual social progression in the US, it serves as the perfect “beginning of the year,” with its clearer messages and holiday season peeking around the corner.  No wonder our school years naturally start around September.  The weather may begin shifting to fall and the waning of the seasons during September, but as a society we seem to come alive with expectation.

The window we enter now asks us to place order into our lives, to focus, to organize, to plan.  As we begin turning to our fall schedules, planning for the future is important now.  Take the information you’ve gathered thus far this year and begin putting it into a working order.

Back in June I mentioned seeing some forces at work come this window beginning in August.  Not the short explosive bursts I saw back in April/May, but longer and more sustaining in effect.  The closer we draw, the more I feel this pull.  Again, I look to North Atlantic region and the east US coast, with the window appearing from about North Carolina on up.  It is a large energy pattern, which points to a natural event, but could manifest in something man-caused.  However, I also see disturbance on the west coast for mid to southern California.  I’m not sure what the trigger is.  Whether it’s weather or a natural disaster or frankly a ball game.  But something is coming to a head.

I also mentioned that by end of October I believe we’ll see some of the predictability in the markets and economy that everyone craves.  It’s important to note that though the chaotic flux will calm down, this predictability will likely remain with lower profits than many hope for.  If you’ll remember, I predicted previously that there would be those who will claim this year that the recession is over.  Lately on the news I’ve heard debate over whether we’ll have “another” recession or not, as if what we’ve been through ended some time ago.  It’s never been over.  It’s a larger pattern we are caught up in and it won’t be over for some time.  Either we get caught by the under current, or we ride the wave.  Everything is changing, nothing is going back to the way is was before.  I challenge you to think differently about everything, even your expectations.  Do not get caught in the boxes of “have to’s” either.  For instance, I have met so many people who are caught because they spent money to get a degree in a field that they now cannot find work in.  How can they possibly consider a completely different path now?  Wouldn’t it invalidate everything they’ve ever worked hard for?  Only if we allow ourselves to get trapped in that line of thinking.  That part of your life served its time.  The last millennium served a very important purpose.  Honor that.  But do not be trapped, do not be caught by that.  How many times have we wished in our lives to have a second chance?  Wished we could start over?  Wished we had more choices?  We asked for it – and it has been delivered!  Time does not matter to Spirit, why on earth would you allow yourself to be trapped by it now?  So what your age?  What are you really missing out on if you let go of that box?

I ask you to take inventory not just of your house, but of yourself at this time.  What are your skills, what it is that you are passionate about, but also, what is it that humanity really needs from you?  What is it that you are an expert of?  And do you have the means to pass that knowledge on?  Knowledge needs to be preserved while we go through rebirth.

Societal change is being forced to take place, right now.  NOTHING will ever be as it once was!  Make your plans now.

Blue Moons, Eclipses and Message of New Year’s Eve 2009…

I was asked a question about December 31st, the eclipse, being a “Blue Moon” and how it can be honored, which helped spawn this post.  I am in the process of working on my lecture for the upcoming fair and presentation for the prediction panel this year at the fair, as well as my upcoming lecture after the fair.  So a little of that is present here as well.   Many thanks again to Tasha for the question and push to write about this date on the blogs!  I hope you all will enjoy.

As far as my viewpoint of what this time currently brings:  This is from my perspective as a numerologist.  You may also wish to check on it from an astrologer’s point of view or reference natural magic sources. 

Most of what I write on my blogs is in reference to where numerology and other events coincide or “collide.”  Numerologically, New Year’s Eve 2009 is a great day for meditation and spiritual pursuits.  And certainly, with every end and beginning of a year, moon or month, it is a good time to set intentions. 

There are always either 13 full moons or 13 new moons from winter solstice to winter solstice.  And it is true that Dec 31st will be the 2nd full moon in December.  However being a 2nd full moon in a month is not necessarily a true “Blue Moon.” 

The idea that two moons within the same month a Blue Moon make, is actually only as recent as 1946 when Sky and Telescope Magazine mis-interpreted the Maine Farmer’s Almanac.  According to the Farmer’s Almanac, a Blue Moon is actually the 3rd full moon within a season of four full moons.  A correction was published, but not until some years down the road and the mistake has stuck ever since. 

So operating from that perspective – astrologically, numerologically, or even from a natural magic standpoint – Dec 31st is in fact the 1st full moon of the winter season and can not qualify as a true Blue Moon.

That being said, being a partial lunar eclipse on New Year’s Eve when the year is shifting into something new, and during a Mercury Retrograde, does bring its impact.  It doesn’t play out numerologically in the way I look for significant patterns, but it is its own rite of passage. 

On top of that, as I always emphasize – what people in mass focus on does bring about a reality.  If the “world” focuses on the date as significant as a “Blue Moon” then there will be some special energy to it by the sheer force of law that governs manifestation.

The beginning of this year is like a hesitant step back before it makes its actual step forward.  New Year’s Eve of 2009 – numerologically the first 11 year in 99 years coming to a close – with its eclipse and under mercury retrograde – is a good time to end the year in reflection.  To go back over what we have seen, heard, been through and make an accounting for it.  It’s a good time for some subtle evaluation as well, but essentially, focus and honor given to each and every thing, whether perceived as positive or negative.  That there be no waste.  That every moment of this year was of impact and importance for this point in our evolution as a spiritual race.  It is important to remember, to look back over our lives and reflect.  It is important to pick up the unanswered questions and slate them for exploration.  It is important to realize that every circumstance had importance this year and sets the stage for the future to come.  It is important to look over our choices and evaluate their potential.  As every major religion and philosophy in the world urges, we must slow down, take our time, go within and listen before we move.  It is time to look back and recapture, tie puzzle pieces together and set aside those we haven’t figured out yet for future consideration.  Share memories, joy and even pain; release that which needs to be released and embrace Life and its true purpose.  I expect New Year’s Eve 2009 is meant to be as a moment that stands still in Time.  Whether all will hear the cry remains to be seen.

DECEMBER/JANUARY 2009 NUMEROLOGY WATCH – YEAR END…

It’s December 2009.  Whew!  How’d ya’ll enjoy November!  Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

As we wind down the year 2009, it is a good time to make changes and set the pace for the next year to begin.   Mercury goes retrograde the day after Christmas and stays retrograde until Jan 15th.  December and January will be about balance between friends, socializing and adventure with responsibility and planning. 

December itself should feel like a bit of relief as we end the year, as spiritual lessons and challenges are reduced over all.  However one last kick back of the lessons of the master number 11 will take place before we say goodbye to 2009 forever.  I expect this will affect the US leadership as this energy compounds our president’s and vice president’s life lessons. 

Shop early and wisely this season, but include some spontaneity as well.  When those opportunities arise to let down your hair, don’t ignore them.  It’s been a tough year.  Be wise, but have some fun and salve some wounds.  Friendships play an important role both as stress release and in helping us make decisions.  There will be an important decision and evaluation to be made before the end of the year is done.  And it may just resolve itself over the holiday.  All the better if you are able to take some time off during the holiday to sort things out.   Don’t forsake the fun, it plays an important role in this process.  Yes, this month you can have your cake and eat it too, if you remember the key word – BALANCE.

As we slip into January, master number energy significantly drops off except for the master number 22, which makes it’s presence known and compounds the US’s current 22 cycle.  January begins with Mercury in retrograde, but the emphasis will turn to the new year’s energies.  Leadership and responsibility start the year off, though expect some delays in process.  Though some energies give us a break for a while, there is an arch of influence that is rather long in January – 10 days actually.  I expect to see issues involving law and government to play pivotal roles during this time.  It is also a good time to exercise your networking and family building skills.  Foundations are not just about getting organized, it’s also about beginning, renewing and building relationships and partnerships.  Do not get so stuck in the head that the heart suffers!  And if you’ve been so busy trying to survive that you’ve left off some simple courtesies when it comes to friendship and love, it’s time to take a deep breath and Live.  December’s energies give you the perfect lead in for this by giving you the social opportunities, or at least setting the energy to make it work for you should you choose to seize the moment.  Again I say, the end of this year sets the course for next year.   2010 will bring new challenges in the arenas of career, reputation, karma, service and responsibility.  Start preparing now as if the new year has already begun, if you haven’t heeded my advice yet.  It’s not too late.

I would like to note folks, that on December 21, please be careful while driving on this day.  Whether you are traveling, or just going to work, plan for extra time on the road and be prepared to be patient with others.  This is a day we all really need to be as “zen” as possible on the roads and certainly not take anything personal on the roads either.  When I see this kind of stress pattern fall like this on a Monday, much less surrounded by a bunch of other energies, I see far more car accidents in the Austin area.  It may not be like this everywhere, but I expect it will likely be on this date.  Some could argue that the energy of traveling and looking forward to seeing friends and family could shift more typical daily impatience on the road, but I’m not sure that it will.  I expect traffic on the big highways, especially metro areas, to be at a high.  There will likely be flight delays too, so just keep it in mind and plan plenty of time.  Get there safe!

The Sky is Not Falling

I have struggled for a couple weeks now about how to write the next segment of what’s going on energetically in numbers. There’s a lot of doom and gloom being promoted out there, and I just do not wish to be associated as a part of that reaction. Such focus is really only a diversion from the purity of what is truly the big picture, and what is actually good news for all.

But the hand of inspiration had not set upon me yet. How was I to do this with so much change energy (and shocking change at that) in the air?

Though he’s generally behind the scenes, the Love of my Life is always there listening to and watching my illuminations at work. Frustrated, because the hand of Inspiration had not set itself upon me yet, I voiced my dilemma to John today and instantaneously he provided the spark that opened the door.

However, something out of this world is coming our way.

The western world as a whole is about to step into an energetic space that it has not been felt in 99 years. And this energy begins to make its entrance now. The full fruition of this energy will likely seem to center around business as a source. However it really will be about everything else.

Most of us were not alive to have experienced the last Western cycle that contained this energy. What is so special about it? The energy inherent is Master Number energy that demands the utmost in service as well as the utmost in challenges. It is itself the vibration of Light and the expression of Love, while at the same time is the number of harmony within paradox.

Numerology operates in layers upon layers. So there are always challenging energies of one sort or another flowing in and out of our lives. But this particular type of energy has to do with spiritual lessons, not physical ones. And it has to do with the unification and balance of polar opposites. Under its influence, we see the challenges of beliefs, that there is more than one approach to the same ends and each are valid and necessary to the Holy Balance. The coming challenges will shake the core foundations and beliefs of many and test even the highest of vibrations. Religious, political, the way we do business and the way we view education and health – all of it will be challenged. A message to those who came here for Now – The Pillars of Earth must stand.

2008 is not over yet and continues to get in the last bangs of surprising change energy. Things that were never possible before are possible now in this new millennium. And never more so than in this year – the last of the first 9 years of the new millennium. I’ve been writing about it forever, and as evidence points out, this year has already stood out amongst the many as unique in our current history. That which most could never see coming is taking place. Events that seem to defy logic and planning appear on the horizon. All this sets the stage for the coming year. But it is not over yet.

It will not matter who wins the election. Any win, even in the remote chance of a 3rd party, will be one for the history books. However, it is not the winner where the energy to watch lies. The saturation of it is already all around us. Winners are but puppet-heads, as outstanding and even seemingly shocking events lie ahead, no matter what. But again, pull out your notes and remember what I’ve been saying – this a part of a much larger pattern that has been in the works for eons. And it is not all doom and gloom or bad – it is good and necessary. Great things lie ahead for us all. And the process must be fulfilled.

As Americans, we tend to both crave as well as be challenged by Change. It can even seem like we’re easily bored. I’m tired of this channel, let’s flip it and try something new. However, we also fear the unknown. We try to avoid the existence of anything unknown by “planning” for the future, educating ourselves and incorporating a multitude of ideas in attempt to avoid surprises.

But in the end, the lesson comes that we cannot avoid all surprises or change. It is not our purpose on this plane of existence to avoid change, but instead to facilitate it and channel it for the greater good. It is our purpose to live in the present and not always the past or future. As mankind evolves, so must the energies around us. And it requires constant Flow and a state of Being.

Dates of numerological significance: The entire months of November and December stand out like beacons in intensity when considering the numerological energies at play. However, November 12th, 17th, and the weekend of 22-23rd (which coincides with the November 2008 Austin Metaphysical Fair) stand out the most in November. And as usual, Monday November 17th is a day to be careful getting to and from work and watching that traffic.

I still highly recommend – anything you really wish to accomplish this year for the holidays – do it now. Do your buying now, make your arrangements now, take care of loose ends now. Streamline and simplify. And I recommend looking a good 6 months ahead. If you can take care of some things now instead of next spring, then do it.

And though I do not wish to be one inciting panic, the cleansing energies of significant natural or other events lie ahead.  Do consider responsible preparations, just as anyone would to weather a storm.  This is just simple life responsibility.  Fix what needs to be fixed, stock what needs to be stocked, set aside some cash funds and consider what your emergency plan might be should the need arise.  In our modern era, our struggles have tended to change shape.  Still, if storm, flood or fire come, it’s basic building blocks of life that count. 

We embark on a journey.  See that you have what’s necessary to see it through and care for you and yours.

But most importantly, take care of your relationships now. Especially if you’ve been too busy to nurture them of late. Now is the time; do not wait. Call them up – it’s time to have tea.
